Logarithmic and Exponential Problem Solving

Description

This lesson uses the context of radiocarbon dating to understand and apply the inverse relationship between logarithms and exponents when solving problems. A quick Internet search reveals several news stories about recent discoveries of woolly mammoth remains. Radiocarbon dating is one of several methods used by archaeologists and anthropologists to date their findings.
