Description
In Algebra II, students simplified rational expressions to lowest terms and performed arithmetic operations with them, in preparation for solving rational equations. In the previous lesson, students verified that rational expressions are closed under addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. In this lesson, students first review the concept of equivalent rational expressions from Algebra II Module 1 Lesson 22.
