Summarizing and Describing Distributions

Description

Students synthesize what they have learned as they connect the graphical, verbal, and numerical summaries to each other within situational contexts, culminating with a major project.

Students implement the four-step investigative process with their projects by stating their statistical questions, explaining the plan they used to collect data, analyzing data numerically and with graphs, and interpreting their results as related to their questions.
