Description
In the previous lesson, students were introduced to the notion of solving radical equations and checking for extraneous solutions (A-REI.A.2). Students continue this work by looking at radical equations that contain variables on both sides. The main point to stress to students is that radical equations become polynomial equations through exponentiation.
