Mid-Unit Assessment


Description

The Mid-Unit 1 Assessment: Using Evidence to Support Analysis: Frederick Douglass assesses RI.7.1: students’ ability to make meaning and draw conclusions from a text and use evidence to support their thinking. Students work with the final webisode text: “Frederick Douglass.” There are two versions of the text for the assessment: the regular one and then a scaffolded text for students who need vocabulary support. Consider in advance which students should receive the scaffolded text
