Reviewing Conventions and Editing Peers’ Broadsides

Description

In this lesson, students read one another’s broadsides to identify issues with writing conventions (spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and use of complete sentences). Students note mistakes as they edit; they do not actually correct the errors. In the next lesson, students will be given time to correct their own work.
