Description
In this lesson, students reread “Powerful Polly” and study it as a mentor text: as an example of a choose-your-own-adventure narrative that students can use as a model as they write their own research-based narratives. In this lesson, students practice planning a narrative about the millipede by using a Narrative Planning graphic organizer.
