Today students begin reading closely some specific sections of the Haudenosaunee Thanksgiving Address. During Unit 1, students will read the introduction and five of the eighteen sections of the Thanksgiving Address (provided in Supporting Materials at the end of this lesson and lesson 2). The videos that appear in this module have been created specifically for this module. The intent is to provide clarity for students as they learn about the Haudenosaunee and reach the learning targets.
