Description

In this lesson, students read pages 71–73 of “Myth as Structure in Toni Morrison’s Song of Solomon,” in which Harris discusses the mythic structural elements of Part 1 of Song of Solomon. Students participate in a gallery walk to analyze how key ideas from the literary criticism apply to the novel.
