Description
In this lesson, students are introduced to writing standard W.11-12.3.a, which requires students to create an engaging narrative introduction that orients the reader to a problem, situation, or observation and its significance; establish point of view; introduce characters or a narrator; and create a smooth progression of experiences or events. This is the first of several lessons in the module that include targeted writing instruction on W.11-12.3.
