Description

In this first lesson of the unit and module, students begin analysis of “On the Rainy River,” a short story from The Things They Carried by Tim O’Brien. Students analyze the impact of the narrator’s first person point of view on the developing story, taking into consideration how the narrator positions himself in relation to the 20-year-old events he recounts.
