What would Machiavelli Think?

Description

In this final lesson of the unit, students work in small groups to consider whether or not Machiavelli would deem the fictional character of Macbeth a successful prince. After providing evidence and reasoning to support their positions, the students participate in a whole-class discussion. Students use the 10.4.3 Discussion Rubric and Checklist to assess their participation.
